FAQ's

• Yes, our goal is to make certain that all of our materials provide maximum benefit to the audiences we deliver them to. Just let us know that you would like to tailor the material for your needs, and we will work with you to accomplish that. 

Will FPJ customize a program to fit my given timeframe?

• Yes, we can do one song or sketch or up to 90 minutes currently. Just let us know that you would like to tailor the program duration to fit for your timeframe requirements. 

How much time does FPJ need to set up before a program?

• A full program requires a maximum of 2 hours set up before beginning the show. We can come earlier if needed to allow the FPJ set up to be completed before your event starts so that our set up will not distract or disturb your guests or other programs prior to the FPJ presentation.

What equipment  does FPJ need to present a program?

• A full program for FPJ includes a backdrop, a sound system and lots of instruments! We need a performance area of about 18 ft across and 12 ft deep for a full show, but often set up in smaller areas as required for the audience at hand. Outdoor programs will benefit greatly from a level flat surface to set up on.

How do you handle cancellations due to weather?

• We will reschedule the program for a later date with you. Please have a rain back up plan in place - some folks move inside to a gym or set up under a pavilion to handle these inevitable situations. We do ask that you contact us 4 hours prior to arrival if rain is a real likelihood so we can best assist you.

How is FPJ paid?

• FPJ prefers to have a single check made payable to Front Porch Jubilee for the amount of the presentation honorarium. Upon booking confirmation, additional instructions will be provided regarding, tax id, etc.

Are you a not for profit corporation with tax exempt status?

• No. We are not a tax exempt organization.
